Meet the meerkats Ela, Teo and Maty who embody The Suri Solution and always pop up where somebody needs help with car insurance. Not only do they represent the customer care – they are the crew who guides the customers through every step and stays near if you need their further assistance.
CHALLENGE
Suri.cz is one of 15 insurance comparison websites in Czech Republic, all of which look alike and promise the same benefits – easy comparison and saving money. So why should the customers pick Suri as their first-choice site for a good insurance deal? How can Suri become the insurance comparison website that people trust, remember and go back to?
BRIEF
- To establish a strong, distinctive and memorable brand in a category where there are too many competitors
- Create a solution that will in the future be able to communicate the brand’s biggest point of difference – help with accident reporting and other perks for the customers in the app.
- Implement the solutions into all communication channels including web, social media, or the helpline.
SOLUTION
Where others rely mostly on hard sell, we brought emotions and storytelling. We turned the idea of “The Suri Solution” into a functional crew of mascots who became a vital part of the brand’s day-to-day communication with the customers via all channels. They will help emotionalise the brand and make the website and the experience memorable
